NASCAR Xfinity Series driver CJ McLaughlin announced on Friday that he will return to Ryan Sieg’s RSS Racing for the 2020 Xfinity Series season with SciAps on board as McLaughlin’s primary sponsor.
“We are thrilled to have CJ and SciAps returning to RSS Racing in 2020. CJ is a talented driver and will only get better with more seat time”, said RSS Racing in a press release.
McLaughlin and SciAps have put together a partial schedule that currently consists of 20 races through out the 2020 season with hopes to add more before season’s end.
In addition to McLaughlin and SciAps being partners on the race track they have a strong relationship off the track as well. McLaughlin serves as SciAps Inc’s Business Development Specialist in the NDT (non-destructive testing) and PMI (positive material identification) markets.
“This year has been amazing for so many reasons; from my first start at Daytona in ARCA to my first start in the NASCAR Xfinity Series at New Hampshire Motor Speedway”, said McLaughlin in a press release. “I am excited and thankful for RSS Racing allowing me to come on board and SciAps for their amazing continued support and sponsorship. I am looking forward to getting to Daytona in February.”
